Cancellation
1.1 Want to cancel an order?
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, simply email us at timeshop585@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
1.2 Our support team will review your request. If possible, they may help resolve your concern. If you still prefer cancellation, we’ll process it accordingly.
1.3 Cancellation by Customer
1.3.1 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD orders can be canceled before the product is shipped.

Once shipped, COD cancellations are no longer possible.
1.3.2 Online Payment Orders

Orders paid online can be canceled before shipment.

After shipment, cancellations will not be accepted.
1.3.3 Timing of Requests

Cancellation requests made before 6:30 PM will be processed the same day, and refunds will be initiated.

Requests made after 6:30 PM will be processed the next working day.

For requests made on weekends or holidays, confirmation will take place on the following working day.
1.4 Cancellation by Timestone
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
1.4.1 Pricing or product description errors due to technical issues.
1.4.2 Product going out of stock.
1.4.3 Payment or fraud-related issues detected by our system.
Refund
2.1 Refunds are applicable under these conditions:
2.1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

For customer cancellations, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the product amount before refund.
2.1.2 Replacement Not Available

If you have returned a product and a replacement is not available, you may request a refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or through bank transfer (account details may be requested).
2.2 Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 45 days of initiation.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is initiated.

The actual reflection in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
